Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment will be taken as goods are ordered. If a part order is shipped, payment will only be taken for the cost of the goods shipped, plus a propoertional amount for the shipping cost. Orders for custom regalia or goods will be charged imediately.

All goods remain the property of Acacia Masonic until paid for in full, or any funds or cheques have cleared.
Order Processing There is no minimum order charge for mail orders.

We will try to ensure that all orders for stocked products placed before 2pm (Monday- Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.


Please note that we use weight based shipping charges, and the shipping per item(s) is calculated according to the item(s) weight and charges made by Royal Mail/UPS and other courier services inc. VAT at the prevailing rate.

These delivery times should be taken a guide. Many factors may influence the actual time it takes for your goods to arrive. Should you have not received your order within 28 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Charges (UK MAINLAND ONLY) :-

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Post/Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next by 1pm)/Royal Mail Standard Parcels/Parcelforce, UPS, DHL or other courier services as appropriate to the value of the items ordered and/or weight. Standard shipping to the UK Mainland is FREE, with an option to upgrade to 1st Class Post, for which there is a charge. ALL SWORDS and REGALIA CASES cases are charged at £7.50 (inc VAT).

UK NEXT DAY - is available for items IN STOCK - £7.50 (inc VAT) up to 10kgs. Please ring for details.

UK Next Day (Excludes Sat & Sun, UK Mainland only) - orders for next day delivery ordered FRIDAY will be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY (ie. Goods ordered Friday will be delivered Monday, goods ordered Saturday or Sunday would be delivered Tuesday). Please ring for stock availability before ordering.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5-7 business days . European and orders to the rest of the World are generally received in 10-14 days.

Please note that orders for Provincial or Grand Rank regalia, or other custom items may take up to 28 days to make, plus delivery time. If in any doubt please call us for advice.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Tax Charges

All orders placed by customers in The United Kingdom (including The Isle of Man but excluding The Channel Islands and Gibraltar) and European Union will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate, with exception of books which are zero rated for VAT purposes.

Whilst some items may be VAT Zero Rated (eg: Books) we are obliged by HM Customs and Excise to charge VAT at the prevailing rate on postal and carriage charges.

All orders from other countries are exempt from paying VAT.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed as your order reaches the destination country. It is the customers' responsibility to comply with any specific import law at the destination and to pay any import duties or local taxes.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee, provided that the goods are reutned to us in same condition as they were sent with the original packaging.

Special orders items are exempt from this guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Policy We operate a 30 day no quibble money back policy should you not be entirely satisfied with your order (excludes special order items) provided they are returned to us in the same condition that they were received.

Custom regalia, and all other custom made goods are excepted and refunds cannot be made in respect of these items.

Please bear in mind when ordering Provincial or Grand Rank regalia (includes replacement badges and collar jewels), to allow sufficient time for it to made.

Typical delivery times vary dependant on the work required, and how busy the workshop is, but you should allow at least 14-21 working days for manufacture plus shipping time.

When placing an order for regalia you will be prompted to state Rank and/or Province/Grand Lodge.
